Фінський енергетичний день у Києві 2016. Презентації та фотозвіт
14 вересня 2016 року в готелі “Україна” відбувся українсько-фінський форум під назвою Фінський енергетичний день у Києві 2016. Організаторами події виступили Фінський енергетичний клуб, Міністерство зайнятості та економіки Фінляндії та Finnish Energy Industries, співорганізаторами – Grant Thornton LLC, Energy Efficiency and Investment Association, Garde Consulting, а також, в рамках меморандуму про співпрацю, громадська спілка “Муніципальна енергія”.
Що таке Фінська енергетична модель? В чому секрет її ефективності? Як енергетичному сектору Фінляндії вдається пропонувати споживачам найнижчі тарифи у всій Західній Європі, при цьому залишаючись у прибутку і водночас утримуючи наднизький рівень викидів СО2? В чому інноваційність фінського підходу? Які технології має фінська енергетика у своєму арсеналі?
Ці та інші питання розкривали у своїх виступах і презентаціях спікери форуму – Міністр зовнішньої торгівлі та розвитку Фінляндії Кай Мюкканен (Kai Mykkänen), заступник голови Міністерства регіонального розвитку України Едуард Кругляк, делегати від Світового банку, Європейського банку реконструкції та розвитку, NEFCO: представник програми Ukraine District Heating Energy Efficiency Project Станіслав Терлецький, ключовий радник NEFCO Роні Нільсон (Ronny Nilsson), заступник директора з енергоефективності та змін клімату Сергій Масліченко, директор Фінського енергетичного клубу Еса Теппо (Esa Teppo), представники Біоенергетичної асоціації Фінляндії, фінського галузевого бізнесу тощо.
Гостями форуму стали високопосадовці та підприємці з України та Фінляндії, зокрема, Надзвичайний і Повноважний Посол Фінляндії в Україні Юха Віртанен (Juha Virtanen), заступник Київського міського голови Петро Пантелеєв, делегації Державного агентства з енергоефективності України, міських, обласних та районних адміністрацій, технічні директори комунальних енергетичних та водопостачальних підприємств України, представники українських виробників і постачальників енергетичного обладнання і сервісів тощо.
Фінську енергетичну модель презентували члени Finnish Energy Club, представники фінської компанії Planora Oy: виконавчий директор Еса Теппо (Esa Teppo) і ключовий експерт з енергетики Раймо Сопо (Raimo Sopo). Презентація супроводжувалась переглядом кількох відео, яке давало змогу глядачам глибше ознайомитись з фінськими технологіями та обладнанням. Особливо захоплюючим був фільм “Історія енергетики Фінляндії”, створений у співпраці з експертами компанії Planora, в якому розкривається комплексний і всеохоплюючий підхід в енергопостачанні й енергоменеджменті, реалізований у Фінляндії.
Завершенням Фінського енергетичного дня у Києві 2016 став прийом, організований Надзвичайним і Повноважним Послом Фінляндії в Україні Юха Віртаненом.

14 September 2016 in “Ukraine” hotel a Ukrainian-Finnish forum named Finnish Energy Day in Kyiv 2016 took place. The event was organised by the Finnish Energy Club, the Finnish Ministry of Employment and the Economy and Finnish Energy Industries in collaboration with Grant Thornton LLC, PO “Energy Efficiency and Investment Association”, Garde Consulting and Municipal Energy PA, within a framework of our Memorandum of Cooperation with the Finnish Energy Club.
What is the Finnish Energy Model? What’s the key to its productivity? How does Finland manage to offer the lowest customer prices in Western Europe while remaining highly profitable industry and holding very low CO2 emissions at the same time? What’s so innovative in Finnish approach? What technologies does Finnish energy industry have at its hand?
These and other questions have been covered by forum speakers, Mr. Kai Mykkänen the Minister for Foreign Trade and Development of Finland, Mr. Eduard Krugliak Deputy Minister of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine, delegates from World Bank, EBRD and NEFCO: Mr. Stanislav Terletskiy Ukraine District Heating Energy Efficiency Project representative, Mr. Ronny Nilsson NEFCO Senior Adviser, Mr. Sergiy Maslichenko Associate Director Energy Efficiency and Climate Change, Mr. Esa Teppo Managing Director, Finnish Energy Club and Planora Oy, delegates from the Bioenergy Association of Finland, Finnish energy industries etc. in their talks and presentations.
Among the visitors that attended the event were officials and businessmen from Ukraine and Finland: Mr. Juha Virtanen the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Finland to Ukraine, Mr. Petro Panteleev Kyiv State City Administration Deputy Head, delegations from State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine, municipalities, regional administrations, chief technology officers and engineering directors of Ukrainian district heating providers, energy equipment manufacturers and suppliers representatives etc.
Finnish Energy Model was introduced by the Finnish Energy Club’s member, Finnish high-tech company Planora Oy: Mr. Esa Teppo Managing Director of Planora Oy and Mr. Raimo Sopo Senior Expert of Planora Oy. The presentations came with several movies which helped with deeper understanding of Finnish technologies and equipment operation. The most impressive was “The History of the Finnish Energy Sector” film created in collaboration with Planora company experts, which reveals complex and comprehensive approach to power supply and energy management implemented in Finland.
The Finnish Energy Day in Kyiv 2016 was closed with reception hosted by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Finland to Ukraine Mr. Juha Virtanen and the Minister for Foreign Trade and Development of Finland Mr. Kai Mykkänen.
